Campingkollen is a planning aid
Campingkollen helps you find and compare places before your trip. Information may come from several types of sources and can change without us hearing about it straight away.
You should therefore always double-check what matters for your trip: prices, seasons, booking requirements, overnight rules, access barriers, services and local parking regulations.
Our correction priorities
- Places that have closed or no longer welcome motorhomes.
- Incorrect coordinates, municipality or place name.
- Incorrect information about overnight stays, prices, seasons or services.
- Duplicate listings and places in the wrong category.
- New official motorhome stopovers, campsites and service points.
How to submit a correction
Use the feedback form and, if possible, include the place name, a link to its Campingkollen page, what is wrong and a link to a page where the information can be checked.
If you are suggesting a new place, it is particularly helpful to include its town or county, type of place, coordinates or address, overnight information and any official website.
Rest areas and service points
Rest areas and service points are shown because they can be useful along the way. They should not automatically be treated as campsites or bookable motorhome stopovers. Check local signs and rules at the site.
How quickly are errors corrected?
Corrections are handled manually when time allows. Clear tips with good supporting information are the quickest to act on. Campingkollen may choose not to publish places where the information is too uncertain or the place does not seem suitable for the site.
Responsibility
Use Campingkollen to help with planning, but always base your final decisions on current information from the site, operator, municipality and signs at the location.
