Caravan Club Skagern in Laxå
One hundred and four pitches, all with electric hook-up (10A), beside Lake Skagern in Finnerödja, halfway between Stockholm and Gothenburg along the E20. A sandy beach with beach volleyball and minigolf; eleven cabins, Wi-Fi, showers, toilets and fishing in the lake. Run by Caravan Club of Sweden but open to the public; prices start at SEK 280 per night. Open 1 May–30 September. Tivedsskogen National Park can be visited on day trips.
