Falkudden Camping och Stugby in Avesta
A small family campsite beside Bysjön, part of the Dalälven, in Näs bruk around 23 km north-east of Avesta. There are 35 pitches for motorhomes and caravans, 14 cabins and two safari-style glamping tents, plus a child-friendly sandy beach with a jetty. A café and kiosk with outdoor seating open during the season, and the surroundings offer fishing, canoeing, cycling and walking in Färnebofjärden National Park. Open 1 May–30 September.
