Furulid Motala
Furulid is in an area of open woodland on Badstrandsvägen in Motala, a stone’s throw from Varamobaden – one of the Nordic countries’ largest lakeside swimming beaches, on Vättern. There are twenty-one motorhome pitches on compacted gravel, each with its own patch of grass for outdoor furniture and electricity (CEE 10 A) included in the price; tents are not allowed on the pitches, and the maximum is five people per pitch. There is a modern facilities block with a toilet and shower, as well as fresh water, grey water disposal for fixed tanks and chemical toilet disposal for cassettes. Prices start at SEK 330/night in low season, SEK 390 in mid-season and SEK 450 in high season, with booking through furulid.se. Open from Easter to autumn, with advance booking recommended during high season and events.
