Hedesunda Camping in Gävle
Hedesunda Camping is on Ön in Dalälven beside Sandsnäsbadet, with around 80 pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents, including 60 with electricity. The service block has showers, toilets, a kitchen and laundry facilities, and reception has a kiosk and fishing shop; Beachclub Sandsnäs is by the beach. In 2026, pitches cost from SEK 320 per night without electricity in the late season, with a SEK 50 booking fee and showers costing SEK 5 for 4 minutes. Bookings in July and August require at least 4 nights, and Midsummer is booked as a separate Thursday–Sunday package. Book online or by telephone for swimming, fishing and canoeing on the river’s broad waters.
