Horndals Bad och Camping in Avesta
Horndals Bad och Camping is a small family campsite at Sandviken and the beach in Horndal, around two kilometres from the centre. Its 2026 price list gives caravan and motorhome pitches from SEK 350 per night including electricity and free showers. The facilities block has a kitchen, showers, toilets and laundry, and the campsite also hires out canoes, a rowing boat and pedal boats. Reception is staffed from 30 April–30 September, with longer opening hours in high summer.
