One hundred and fifteen pitches with metered electric hook-up (SEK 2/kWh, settled in October) on a peninsula beside Lake Alsen – Vättern’s northernmost bay – in Askersund. A facilities block with showers, toilets and a shared kitchen; Wi-Fi near reception and freshly baked bread daily in high season. Prices start at SEK 250 per night; open approximately 27 April–6 September. Canoes, kayaks, rowing boats and bicycles can be hired on site.
