Medskogssjöns Camping is directly beside Medskogssjön between Sandviken and Ockelbo along national road 272, Tidernas väg. There are camping pitches for motorhomes and caravans, tent pitches and cabins, with optional electricity for daily and weekly guests. The facilities block has toilets, showers, a kitchen and both toilet cassette and grey water disposal; the washing machine and tumble dryer are booked separately, and the site has a restaurant, kiosk/small grocery shop, swimming beach, sauna and boat, canoe and SUP hire. Motorhomes or caravans cost from SEK 330 per day without electricity or SEK 380 with electricity, with online booking through Campcation and an on-site reception. The campsite and facilities block are open year-round, and fishing permits for Medskogssjön are sold at reception and through iFiske.
