Västanviksbadets Camping Leksand
Traditional campsite dating from 1945 on Siljan's western shore, about 4 km from Leksand towards Siljansnäs. The terraced slope has 70 pitches with electric hook-up for caravans and motorhomes, eight waterside pitches along the bathing beach, a large tent field without electricity and twelve log cabins, some approaching 300 years old. The campsite emphasises peace and quiet, deliberately providing no playgrounds, and has featured in German and Dutch camping magazines. Facilities buildings, free Wi-Fi and electric car charging are available, and dogs are welcome.
