Waxholms Camping in Vaxholm
Waxholms Camping is on Eriksö just outside Vaxholm, surrounded by sandy beaches, rocks and green spaces around a 20-minute walk from town. Just over 100 pitches for motorhomes and caravans, all with electricity. There is a facilities block with toilets, showers and a laundry room, six washing-up stations, a restaurant and kiosk, and a bathing beach. The island has minigolf, a playground, beach volleyball, boules, barbecue areas and a 2.2 km exercise trail. Pitches with electricity cost from SEK 390/night; the campsite is open 1 May–30 September, while the motorhome stopover can be used year-round. Bus 670 runs to Vaxholm and Stockholm.
